You probably know Kombucha - it is a traditional fermented beverage made of tea and sugar, the fermentation of which is controlled by colonies of bacteria and spores, called SCOBY. We exchanged sugar for apple juice and the tea in this bottle is organic green with fragrant jasmine flowers. Bacilli kombucha is pasteurized.
