Matcha is a fine powder made from young green tea leaves from Japan. Optimistic Foods turned it into lemonade with ORGANIC lemon juice from Sicilian lemons and sweetened only with an apple. Matcha contains a lot of antioxidants and natural caffeine, but thanks to the amino acid L-theanine, unlike coffee, it has a long-lasting effect and improves concentration and memory.
